Manmohan  Singh never was a man of integrity. In gthe 1984 anti-Sikh riots, Manmohan blamed the RSS (no angel this one but innocent in this case) for the carnage. So far no evidence has been unearthed on this. Instead at least one top congressman HKL Bhagat(Now happly demised) was found to have masterminded the riots. Then came his Assam residence lie. Then he uttered all that rubbish about BJP leaders organising a havan to kill him! Does that raving make him look like a sane man let alone a man of integrity? You see this, Yudhistra's chariod did not touch the ground. It was already trapped in a mire of dishonesty and deception.

Very well documented!! Excellent usage of Mahabharat analogy here...

MMS, I guess is compelled by his personal ambition to leave some footprint behind after his tenure is over. No doubt, since last 4 years he has protrayed himself as helpless, frustrated, weak PM. Now, he want to be remembered for this deal rather than those 4 years and hence all these unholy alliance...

This is NOT first time he has compromised over his so called pure/innocent image... Remember Buta Singh episode when he was Bihar Governer, Office of Profit Bill, Shibu Soren episode, Jaya Prakash --- RJD MP (Who ran away and stayed hidden after looting Booth and attacking police station in Bihar to get his brother out of jail for Booth looting charge on election day).....
